The perils of being unforgivable

"An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest."
                                                                                BENJAMIN FRANKLIN

Are you providing enough development to the people you lead so that they can effectively carry out your mission?
You absolutely cannot afford to cut back on training. Find ways to increase the development opportunities you provide.
The fear that people will leave with the new skills is unjustified. Most people stay with organizations that care about their long-term development and viability. They leave when you you do not provide them opportunities for growth. Keep their skills up to date, and they will keep you afloat.

"Inspiration is the impact of a fact on a prepared mind."
                                                                              LOUIS PASTEUR

Inspiration takes a good deal more work and preparation than that. It takes awareness. It takes a keen eye for observing what is going on around you. Inspiration is really an idea for what to do with an opportunity. Before you can have inspiration, therefore, you have to have seen the opportunity That comes only with constant vigilance. Scan the newspaper. Scan magazine. Scan conversations. This is where you will find opportunities that will inspire you to act.

Christ Died For All Sinners !

Should His death be a waste? Do we not have a right to ask ourselves, " Why was an innocent person, Jesus Christ, put to death? " Since the Bible claims to answer all the questions concerning Jesus, what does it have to tell about the reasons for His death on the Cross of Calvary. One of the books of the Bible by the name of Romans, in 5:8 says, " But God commendeth His love towards us, in that , while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." And that, "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned;
For until the law sin was in the world; but sin is not imputed when there is no law. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's trangression, who is the figure of Him that was to come, i.e Jesus Christ. But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one (Adam) many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one , Jesus Christ.
So Christ died for all of us who have sinned and "ALL HAVE SINNED AND COME SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD."(Romans 3:23) and "The wages of sin is death but the gift of God in Christ Jesus is eternal life."(Rom 6:23)
"FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, JESUS CHRIST, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHALL NOT PERISH BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE."
                                                                 (JOHN 3:16)

"Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great."
                     MARK TWAIN

Be aware of the people in your life who are not supporting you.
Distance yourself from their slings and arrows. Define new rules for the game . You need people to reach your highest success. You cannot afford to be around people who are not bolstering you. You have so much to do, and time is short. Negative energy from others translates in unconscious or conscious sabotage and results in lost opportunities.

"I am an optimist. It does not seem too much use being anything else." WINSTON CHURCHILL It is not hard to understand why it is so difficult to maintain a positive attitude. No sooner are you optimistic about something than someone tells you why it will not work. You get a great idea, and you can find a hundred reasons why it is a bad idea. People who accomplish great things ignore the negative messages. They look for reasons why something can be done rather than why it cannot. Of course, they analyze to be sure that they are being realistic but then plow full speed ahead with enthusiasm. Anyting is possible. Ours is a world of abundance. Distance yourself from the negative messages you are bombarded with daily. I am a faithful optimistic, able to achieve any great thing.

An anonymous writer has written this, entitled 'ANSWERED PRAYER':
I asked God for strength, that I might achieve,
I was made weak, that I might learn humbly to obey.
I asked for health, that I might do great things,
I was given infirmity, that I might do greater things.
I asked for riches, that I might be happy
I was given poverty, that I might be wise.
I asked for power, that I might have the praise of men,
I was given weakness, that I might feel my need of God.
I asked of all things that I might enjoy life,
I was given life that I might enjoy all things.
I got nothing I asked for, but everything I hoped for.
In spite of myself my prayers were answered,
And I am of all men most richly blessed.

Once upon a time there were two dear friends, they were so close to each other that they could be noticed publicly only if they weren't together. But as you know storms of life may not always favour the smooth touch of life for some. And so difference of opinion began to create a wall of separation among them. The distance between them reached the climax and they decided to part ways. Since they had until now partaken in all activities together, their separation resulted into catastrophic failures for both these dear friends.
Unfortunately the aspect of reconciliation did not enter their minds and instead bitter enmity shrouded over dull minds. Forgiveness became far-fetched. "Unforgiveness is the poison that I drink thinking that others will die." Quotation
Moral Lesson: Forgiveness... releases my rights to vengeance.
In the Bible, the book of Romans says in 12:19, Vengeance is mine, says the Lord, I will repay.
Release our rights, to get even with others, to God. Transfer our rights to God. We fear that God will forgive them, but in fact, God forgives them at the cost of His Son, Jesus Christ.
The book of Romans also admonishes us by saying," As far as possible stay at peace with each other." 1 Corinthians 13- Love is not easily provoked. Ephesians 4:32, " Be kind and tender-hearted rowards one another even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven you." I am forgiving others only as I am forgiven.
When people offend, overcome evil by good...In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head, and the Lord will reward you(Proverbs 25:22). Repentance on the part of offenders is not needed to forgive them. Forgiveness of a brother is not optional.
Forgiveness: If we are not forgiving others, God will also not forgive us. Repentance on the part of the offender is essential for restoration. Acknowledging the truth is repentance. Every relationship is based on truth & trust. If we have offended someone we must be quick to repent. We ave to acknowledge the truth in the situation.
Nor is it easy to receive forgiveness if we are offended. If you want to have your faith increased... forgive others and be forgiven by others.
