ye najere jo pal pal jhuk jati hai.
Aasma bhi chahta hai inme jhakna
Par jalim jami uthane ki ijajat nahi deti..

Ye hawa bhi kahti hai bar bar.
Ekbar hi sahi, dekh to idhar.
Phoolo se teri khusboo phail jaye fizao mai
Teri julfon ke bhawar inhe ijajat nahia dete.

Kaise samjhau mai khud ko.
Aise kaise bahlau mai khud ko
Maan to jaye ye nada dil
Par tumhi inhe ijajat nahi dete.
