My dear friends,

Is it not time to go for some radical reformations in our expenditure to save ourselves from this mess. Whole universe is now reeling under inflations, stock market crashes, tumbling market conditions, stiff competitions, skyrocketing prices on all commodities, communal disturbances, terror tactics, unemployment blues, (politics of hire & fire) pink slips awaiting many existing professionals etc.,

Either the common man or governments are able to justify these erratic behaviours of financial strains.

Is this recessions is self made or our lack of trust in governments & big business houses?

Yes, future is still uncertain as there is peril in every issues, there is fear, there is pain if not we can call it panic.
Simply every one of us is taken back to suspense, glaring tales of dark clouds looming at us.

What way we can help and expect our society & government to act?
Think deeply & loudly. Is it the latest modern era of globalization or our miscalculations?

We are part and parcel of this mess. Every one of us is paying the penalty for our greed factors.

So our duty is now to act fast.
As an individual, an employer, entrepreneur, employee, society, and government we have to cut down our unwarranted expenses first.

Focus on priorities; cost reduction measures, needs changes in our approach, remedial measures through amended laws, improve our domestic needs, pattern of consumption and steps to improve internal economy, financial regulations, recovery of taxes, mass deployment of official machinery known for their honesty & integrity to trace all those black marketers, tax evaders, hoarders, corrupt politicians, underworld don’s, film industry, entertainment houses.

Steps to recover dues through fast track courts on pending central & state direct & indirect tax disputes etc.,

Interlinking of rivers, canals to improve water resources, thereby improve our agro sector, logistic transportation through ferry to ease traffic bottlenecks in roads, aqua income etc.,

Law & order through strict enforcement of stringent actions, non interference of official, political, influential while dealing with sensitive issues, transparent governance, self regulated stock markets, proper checks in credit count to avoid further dept trap, credit evaluations, efforts to improve production, manufacturing facilities, lesser imports, curtail fuel expenses, pooling of vehicles for reducing expenses on fuel, mass public transportation infrastructures developments, self dependence on agro, food produce, lesser taxes, compulsory audit for all business transactions, e- transactions, revival plans to improve small scale & medium industries, arts and crafts, abolition of reservations and concentrate on improving standards of people below poverty lines irrespective of their religion, region.

We need at present the new Governments in state and central for a stable governance…
Trust is our hope and can we?

My dear friends,

It is a sad moment for every citizen to witness the terror attacks & number of precious innocent lives lost in each and every time. Happenings around the country are bleeding our hearts.

Terrorism in no way a solution to peace & prosperity nor fulfill the goals of jihadi movements.
It is a Pity that we have no patriotic leadership among our political leaders as they are mostly interested only on dividing our people on caste, regional and religious basis so that they can retain their Vote Banks.

This has to change.

Let there be no more blame games against each other & let the transperent governance handle the issues on top priorities.

It is Time to win over all the citizens’ (irrespective of caste, creed & region) well wishes for a peaceful & prosperous nation.

We have many patriotic soldiers guarding our borders of the nation and citizens waiting with patience & hope for a better tomorrow to show their patriotism at times of national disasters & calamities.

Still the mass infiltrations of illegal migrants from adjacent borders are more worrisome.

Here I would like to recall our Supreme Court’s strictures to Government of India & states to have a strict watch over mass influx of illegal migrants.

In its report it has clearly mentioned that “The illegal migrants coming into India after 1971 have been almost exclusively Muslims... Muslim population in Assam has shown a rise of 77.42% from what it was in 1971. Hindu population has risen by nearly 41.89%.”Expressing concern over Muslims attaining a majority in district after district, if massive illegal migration of Bangladeshis into Assam was not stopped immediately and foreigners not deported, the situation would soon go out of control.

It’s more dangerous dimension of greatly undermining our national security is ignored.
“Pakistan’s ISI has been active in Bangladesh supporting militant movements in Assam. Muslim militant organisations have mushroomed in Assam and there are reports of some 50 Assamese Muslim youths having gone for training to Afghanistan and Kashmir.

The dangerous consequences of large scale illegal migration from Bangladesh, both for the people of Assam and more for the nation as a whole, need to be emphatically stressed. No misconceived and mistaken notion of secularism should be allowed to come in the way of doing so.

No one heeded Supreme Courts warnings and to day we are suffering.

We also experience the Poor conviction rate throughout the country and the systemic failure to convict criminals with political backing responsible for the murders in the Delhi, Mumbai and Gujarat riots show that the prosecution system is in a shambles. Too often, public prosecutors have been accused of being influenced by the rich and powerful. As the public prosecutor's role is crucial in the delivery of justice, it is time to revamp and create an all-India service of public prosecutors.

Police reform is another facet of criminal justice reform that cries for attention.

Hope some day we are able to put an end to terrorism.

Jai Hind.

My dear friends,

We are to-day a frustrated lot to undergo all ordeals of
stiff competitions, unemployment, underpaid
and selfish motive people around us.

Why?

All because of our systems,
Understanding the other,
ignorance, greed for fame, money and selfish reasons.

At the same time if we enforce ourselves with a motivational, inspirational and with a purpose to lead our life,
we can found our happiness in self as well as in others around us.

According to my inner consciousness I am convinced as:

"Do you know the Truth about life.
I'll tell you -- whatever happens is the truth. That's it."

Let our thoughts and actions lead to some valuable contributions
to self and society.

As we do our daily tasks like attending our regular work,
spend time with family and friends,
we do have to spend some time, energy and money to help the mankind.

Let us visit some orphanage centre, help the elders, talk to them,
attend some social service work, spend some money for educating poor children's, fetch some employment opportunities to the youth.

"Don't ever be tight fisted;
you never know what might fall right into your open palms."

What we need to-day is to understand human relationships,
values to our traditions & up holding it in our every walk of life.

We should not lead the life mechanically,
let there be some seriousness to purpose of existence.

"Necessity used to be the mother of invention.
Today, invention is the mother of necessity."

We have to act with the spirit of inaction;
inaction without action is just laziness.

We need to learn to be true to ourselves.
Everyone is blindly copying the West.
Instead, we should have a first hand experience of life.
We must greet life face to face and see it with open eyes.
Nature is our biggest teacher.

What is in us should come out.
Whatever helps this blossoming?

We must go deeper into man's relationship with man.
It shouldn't just become a customer-producer relationship.

Everything can't be a transaction in life.
Today, we don't even know our neighbors in many parts of the world.
Our thoughts should be global, but we have to act locally.

If I do some work, the question must be asked:
how will it affect my fellow man, family and society?

Without this question, we can't have progress.

Another aspect of the present ways the society in which we see the
Man-woman relationship is that of male domination.

We haven't really explored a true male-female relationship.
Until man and woman are at par,
all we have is a form of friendship and not a true union.

Men have to understand the futility of domination,
and women have to stop copying men; females should have their own identities and not be measured by how well they can copy men.

Talks about the male-female relationship stop at the biological.
But in its true sense, they need to penetrate into the cultural and spiritual.

Let us devote helping the other as one of our usual routine.

Seva is not just your surface level action.
Seva is how we face people, how we interact with all of life;
seva is reflected in our everyday actions, every moment actions.

Live and Let Live….

My dear friends,

When we go through the recent reports on Hyderabad blasts investigations which ultimately led to the arrest of few Bangladeshi Nationals at Hyderabad and the game plans behind their aim to disturb the peace in the country.

It should be noted that the illegal immigrants in to our country through North Eastern states by the Bangladeshis are going on for several years inspite of our security forces efforts.

The pity is that some of the authorities being hand in glove to assist these anti nationals.

Also a shocking news that those illegal Bangladeshi elements formed a group of United Jihadi Counsil with the blessings of ISI of Pakistan.

The terrorist outfit has joined with ULFA and creating a very big nuisense to the State.

Those Bangladeshi nationals after entering our country, spread to settle in various cities, were able to get the ration cards, Voters ID as Indian citizens.

Some of them even got their PANCARD...Do remember that the arrested Harkath - ul -jihadi faction member Sabhirrub Sanjani had the Driving Licence and Pan Card even.

How was it possible ? time to investigate the racket behind their Indian connections too...

The Harkath - ul -jihadi faction members nearly 15 of them were now being chargesheeted. They were living in India last 2 years even after their visa period is over.

Even they smuggle out nearly 10 kg of RDX during February 2007. How was it possible ?

Investigative agencies have also warned such attacks to every state, still no one took it as serious. Why ???

HUJI and SIMI the anti national groups joins together and goes on disturbing peace and harmony of this country.

Reports found that HUJI activists Bilal'sBrother Zaheed was runing his mobile shop at Hyderabad.

Bilal has been found as the main conspirator in Mecca Medina Blast & BJP leader N Indrasena Reddy's Murder conspiracy case.

Time to awake, to snap terrorism in the bud, to stop inflitrations of Bangla deshi jihadi outfits through North Eastern States of India.

The day Government of India employs more people to identify all the nationals who reside in India and sort out the real citzens and the anti national elements, then only we can feel the freedom and peace.

Open to corrections and comments.

My Dear Friends,

An Incident of surprise Visitor’s call from an youngster Dr.Sundar IFS.,
at Home Today Evening.

As it was a pleasant evening, I thought of taking my wife along with me to her elder brothers house on a courtesy call to congratulate their son for having scored 1142 / 1200 in his 12th std exams and was waiting for the Engineering seat counseling.

Reached my in-law’s place and spent an hour and returned home.
There we saw a youngster discussing, cracking jokes with my son and brother’s sons…

Out of curiosity I entered my son’s room and found Dr.Sundar, who came and introduced himself to me that he has come all the way from Australia to-day to thank me for guidance to his carrier.

I was puzzled to hear this and asked him, dear I am yet to recollect who you are and by the time my son said,
Dad I found him very nice and we become friends within 2 hours and he has been waiting from 5 pm evening for your arrival.

He already told me about how he met you about 12 years back and it seems that when he was sent out of school for his naughty behaviors and a school drop out from SowdeswariSchool as he failed in his 11th std final examinations.

Then I recollected,
Oh yeah… he is the son of my old friend Murali from salem , who explained the details for his dropout and failure in his studies in class 11th.

At that time I told Murali, please don’t scold him and leave him free for few moments and I will talk to him.

That day I took that boy sundar to a nearby restaurant and we ordered for some snacks and Ice creams.

During that time I was hearing his grievances and explained him the advantage of studies to one’s betterment and Life.
I promised him that I will talk to my another friend who is the correspondent of a famous school and see that he gets his seat for 11th std and asked him to concentrate on his studies.

Explained him how his father and mother took pains to bring him up and what the responsibilities he has to render.

He agreed and said this will be his turning point and if he would not have met me,
he would have gone to take admission for ITI and study some trade course.

I was pleased to hear from sundar and next day I got him the seat in the other school and there was no touch as his parents shifted to Salem.

Sundar told me after he passed out in his 12th std with high marks ( school 2nd ) and got admission in Agricultural collage and did his Bsc Agri, went on to study Msc., Agri and joined in the Forest collage for further studies and finished his IFS ( Indian Forest Service ) and got posting in Assam.
After 2 years of training and probation he was selected for doctorate studies at Australia and he passed out with flying colors.

I was deeply impressed and could not control my admiration for Sundar.
I told my son; look this is called the determination and dedications in one’s life to prepare them for a better future.

Then Sundar asked us to join for a small dinner meet and would like to take a photograph with our family.

I too agreed and we took some photographs and spoken to his father Murali over phone.
Murali was overwhelmed and said it is God’s grace that day we met and gave sundar a chance to reform him by my counseling.

After all it is some one comes to our rescue at the time of crisis without our knowledge and we are blessed with God’s miracle in some form.

A matter of Gratitude is a fitting reply to those people who turned our lives is a must.

This I experienced to-day and thank God for providing me an opportunity to serve some one some day.

My dear friends,

The life has taught us enough lessons from our own experiances
as well as our observations about others way of living.

Many of us earn enough to meet both ends and the current fast life
led us to spend most of our money in unwanted things.

Here I would like to share a few words on how to plan out
our investments for a safe and comfortable living.

The purpose of savings are to meet any contingency
as well as self dependable Life.

Why not we spend half of our earnings judiciously
and on priorities as well as save the half for our betterment.

For example instead of investing in a big palatile property in the prime area, invest a portion of money in a small house independant building,
investing in a modest vechile instead of luxurious car,
we dont need any status symbol to own up the latest car,
we can go for an economical , fuel efficient, useful car,
portion of investments in bonds, Fixed Deposits, UTI schemes,
small amount in jewellery not in gems or diamond.

Educate the children in best professional courses.
Decent Marriages within our capacity.

Periodical help to the needy by the way of educational expenses,
trade courses in long run will see that the beneficiaries by us land in better shape in their future.

We have seen people going for huge loans to accquire a big property
and fail to reimburse the instalments and land in soup.

Those are the lessons we have to learn.

To lead a comfortable life, we do not need Luxuary,
but enough space to live, Good Healthy food to eat,
not fast foods or eating out in a 5 star hotel.
time to spend with our kith and kin,
spend some precious time with good friends, relatives visits and so on.

Once in a Year take the whole family out for a Pilgrimage or Pleasure trip.

Family functions to be celebrated without pomp and show.

A modest living with an contented mind always leads us to peace and prosperity.

Open to corrections and comments...

My dear friends,

Simple Mantra for Day to Day Survival :

Getting Early always brings us a freshness and leads us to think about what to do for To-Day.

A Little Exercise,Bath in Coldwater, Small Prayer, Timely breakfast

Chart our programs to fulfill with priorities as a Goal.

Emergency commitments to be met first. Pending work to be sorted off.

Family, Friends and Work are more important and our actions to fulfill the commitments.

Good Lunch with more salad, veg, curd and a 1/4 hour rest to start the second session of the day.

Light Dinner, relax to music or watch out some news channel

Browse to interact with online friends, read some good inspiring, humor articles.

Relax..No Tension or brooding over the incidents took place during the day.

All are for Good and things will change in its due course. Patience is the key.

Retire to bed after a few words with family. Peaceful sleep atleast for 6 hours.

My Dear Friends,

We come across several incidents and our emotions play lot's of roles,
Some times Postive, Some time negative....

When Do We Usually Feel Guilty?

When: We're not feeling ok about who we are.
We're not feeling ok about the choices we're making.
We haven't met our own expectations.
We haven't met the expectations (real or imagined) of someone else or society at large.

How Does Guilt Affect Your Self-Care?

Guilt can come out in a number of ways, hurting yourself or others around you.
Guilt can lead to low self-esteem or self-hatred, which can then lead to self-sabotage or even self-abuse.
Guilt can also lead to lashing out at others and constantly finding fault with them.

Imagine you're all set to leave the house for your personal training appointment at the gym.
A simple "look" from one of your children could impart enough guilt to lead you to the phone, instead, to cancel your appointment for self-care.

Upset with yourself for missing the appointment, you berate yourself all day about your lack of commitment and torment yourself with negative thinking.

Later that afternoon, the same child accidentally spills a glass of milk.
How loving and forgiving might you be, based on the circumstances of the day?

Taking It To Your Self-Care Plan

There are going to be times when you'll want to pay attention to your guilty feelings, and there will be times when you want to let them go.

Here's some tips on how to do it.

Pay Attention, When:

1. You're feeling guilty about not completing something you decided to do.

For example, you set out to follow a stringent eating plan from a book and then neglected to follow all of the directions.

It's possible you haven't fully "bought in" to the idea that this is the best eating plan for you. Someone else you know tried it, and the author certainly seems convincing.
But deep down you're not sure this is the plan for you.

If you're trying to do something ONLY to meet external expectations,
your guilt may be telling you to find something that you wholeheartedly believe in.

Take a good look at what you're feeling guilty about not doing,
and re-evaluate whether it's truly what you want to choose.

2. You're feeling guilty about something you did

For instance, you spoke unkindly to someone at work.
Maybe that goes against the values that were instilled in you as you were growing up (the "golden rule"), or maybe it's a code of behaviour you've personally adopted.
In either case, you haven't met your or society's expectations of how to behave.

You can begin to alleviate your feelings of guilt by correcting things with this person the very next time you see them.
An apology would be great.
Acting kindly every time you deal with them in the future is even better.

Apologizing and admitting you were wrong can be a difficult thing. And it's worth it.

Let It Go, When:

1. You're feeling guilty about choosing to do something for your own self-care.

I used the example earlier in the article, of feeling guilty about leaving your child to go to an exercise appointment.

Getting "selfish" is the best way to care for the others in your life.
When you're feeling strong, confident, healthy, resilient and relaxed, you're more efficient, productive, creative and fun!

When this type of guilt gets in your way, tell yourself something encouraging about how this self-care is going to positively impact your whole family and everyone else you're in contact with.
2. You're feeling guilty about not meeting your own expectations
Guilt is not a good motivator for change.
Accepting ourselves for who we are and changing from there is the healthiest and most effective starting point for self-improvement.
When you can believe you're GOOD ENOUGH as you are, you can truly begin to grow and change.

Having expectations that are too high or otherwise unrealistic will generally lead to disappointment.
This is revealed in two ways – as guilt when we don't meet our expectations, or as judgment when other people don't meet our expectations.

3. You're feeling guilty because you haven't met the expectations you think other people have of you.

You have a work assignment to finish two reports before the weekend.
You work diligently and finish them right before 5:00, meaning that your boss needs to stay late in order to check them over.

You're racked with guilt thinking about the extra work you've caused and what your boss must be thinking of you.

Take a breath. First of all, you have absolutely no control over what someone thinks of you.
You did your best and fulfilled your assignment, so you have nothing to feel guilty about. Second, you're probably wrong in what you're imagining.
Maybe your boss came in late and was planning to leave late as well.
Maybe your boss is so pleased that the reports are done that you'll be receiving a bonus Monday morning.

So back up and try not to let your mind-reading lead to guilty feelings.
In fact, since most of us are probably not doing such a great job of it, we might as well give up on the mind-reading altogether.

Saying yes to ourselves and our self-care often means saying no to people, events and situations in our life and that can bring guilt.

The more time we spend feeling guilty, the less self-care we're giving to ourselves.
If we're letting someone else's words, actions or non-verbal messages make us feel guilty, we're letting THEM take away our self-care.

You can choose what to do when guilt comes up.
Unfortunately, many of us choose to do nothing, "wallowing" in the guilt and letting it torment us; we second-guess our choices.

What I hope I've shown you in this article are the choices you CAN make: to re-evaluate what you're doing, make amends if you truly believe you were wrong, affirm to yourself that your self-care is more important than the guilt, or let the guilt go.

Which will you choose?
Look into things as it is and act according to its merit.
