They discourage me; they say I’m timid, meek dwarf
To pluck fruits from the tree of happiness
I grow fear when night sounds music
And moon alone watches our togetherness.
I wish to blanket my love around you,
Wish to stretch my arms for your moony love
Bosom your pain in exchange of beauty
Stuffed in winter and vanishing the way off.
A hope that your beautiful smile always will be there.
Holding on, holding out...a hand, a hope, a wish.
A gentle feelings that only I can share.
Wondering how I 'll ever repay the promise of all this
I am not a poet; still my words take the shape of a verse;
To express my love, my feelings, my devotion for you
I am waiting for the time to see the same light in your eyes,
And to whisper “this poem is exclusively for you.”

The day will come
When the sky is going to
Scatter clouds all over

The day will come
When the earth is going to
Spread its net of a garden

The day will come
When the rivers would look
Like flowing from the sky to earth

The day will come
When the sky would blanket
My love around you

As it does it to the earth
And all over
To stop your moony shiver

Should I have again to express
That my love yields no
Words this year’s harvest?

I'm not that Cinderella, Rapunzel or Barbie
So he isn’t scared to show that he loves me.

Who really I am, I can show my prince?
I could have my dreams,
But that may not be accomplished.

Like Cinderella, I do not wish to be like anyone special
Want to feel that People notice me because I am an individual,

I do wish a man who wants me for my heart, my soul, truly not false
And not just for a pretty face, money or something else

Still sometimes in my dreams I wish I could be Cinderella, dear.
So that my charming prince would bring my glass slipper

If I could be his one and only princess
Too sweet and cute for his crazy love and fiery kisses.

I can bear my love like a lamp before me,
Upon MY way unknowingly, in a dream.
It seems now I have all I wished for every power
I have long for, I don’t care,
All my utmost need demands Is none but this lamp, the light!
So still it stands There, HE is, WHO brought me light;
Made a journey starting from my heart
His name always lights me up
Whenever I heard it makes me bump
I think about him when I awake,
When I sleep. He is placed in my heart so deep
Always made me glittering; sheltering me with groping hands
Stretched toward the path of love through my dreamlands
I always pray to God to keep him alive.
Joyous, happy and satisfied,
Only my lamp of love that's how I know
Love for him more than myself as we both know.
He’s the lamp of my life, enlightens love, hope, and fame…
Alive I am for his light, Can I survive without him!!

Best Argument

An atheist professor of philosophy speaks to his class on the problem science has with God, The Almighty.

He asks one of his new students to stand and.....

Prof: So you believe in God?

Student: Absolutely, sir.

Prof : Is God good?

Student: Sure.

Prof: Is God all-powerful?

Student: Yes.

Prof: My brother died of cancer even though he prayed to God to heal him. Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But God didn't. How is this God good then? Hmm?

(Student is silent.)

Prof: You can't answer, can you? Let's start again, young fella. Is God good?

Student: Yes.

Prof: Is Satan good?

Student : No.

Prof: Where does Satan come from?

Student: From...God.. .

Prof: That's right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world?

Student: Yes.

Prof: Evil is everywhere, isn't it? And God did make everything. Correct?

Student: Yes.

Prof: So who created evil?

(Student does not answer.)

Prof: Is there sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the world, don't they?

Student: Yes, sir.

Prof: So, who created them?

(Student has no answer.)

Prof: Science says you have 5 senses you use to identify and observe the world around you. Tell me, son...Have you ever seen God?

Student: No, sir.

Prof: Tell us if you have ever heard your God?

Student: No, sir.

Prof: Have you ever felt your God, tasted your God, smelt your God? Have you ever had any sensory perception of God for that matter?

Student: No, sir. I'm afraid I haven't.

Prof: Yet you still believe in Him?

Student: Yes.

Prof: According to empirical, testable, demonstrable protocol, science says your GOD doesn't exist. What do you say to that, son?

Student: Nothing. I only have my faith.

Prof: Yes. Faith. And that is the problem science has.

Student: Professor, is there such a thing as heat?

Prof: Yes.

Student: And is there such a thing as cold?

Prof: Yes.

Student: No sir. There isn't.

(The lecture theatre becomes very quiet with this turn of events.)

Student: Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, mega heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat. But we don't have anything called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can't go any further after that.

There is no such thing as cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy . Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it .

(There is pin-drop silence in the lecture theatre.)

Student: What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?

Prof: Yes. What is night if there isn't darkness?

Student : You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light....But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and it's called darkness, isn't it? In reality, darkness isn't. If it were you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn't you?

Prof: So what is the point you are making, young man?

Student: Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.

Prof: Flawed? Can you explain how?

Student: Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good God and a bad God. You are viewing the concept of God as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, science can't even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one.To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is not the opposite of life: just the absence of it.

Now tell me, Professor. Do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?

Prof: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.

Student: Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?

(The Professor shakes his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument is going.)

Student: Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavour, are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher? (The class is in uproar.)

Student: Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor's brain?

(The class breaks out into laughter.)

Student: Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor's brain, felt it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established rules of empirical, stable, demonstrable protocol, science says that you have no brain, sir.

With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?

(The room is silent. The professor stares at the student, his face unfathomable. )

Prof: I guess you'll have to take them on faith, son.

Student: That is it sir... The link between Man & God is FAITH . That is all that keeps things moving & alive.

.
. WANT TO KNOW WHO THAT STUDENT WAS

NB: I believe you have enjoyed the conversation...... this is a true story, and
the
student was none other than.........
Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the former  president of India.

One day a man said to God : i love you the most
God took all his wealth and asked o you love me now?
The man said: more than before!
God made all his family against him so they all left him
God asked him do you still love me?
He said: yes
God made him so poor that he had nothing to wear and nothing to eat.
God asked once more do you love me now.
The man said: I love you the most now because.......................
THERE IS NOTHING BETWEEN US NOW…

I wrote up to this as my morning wish two days back. It’s not a moral. Neither a story, just a simple way to wish “good morning” to my friends. But my friend Abhi was not satisfied with this happy ending, he wanted some twist and gave a new shape by adding something more. I find it too interesting (funny too) and want to share... Just read, enjoy and give your comments..

Thus God made a woman and said" hear is a wish for you. Keep this as my new manufacture for a few days until I take it back for market."
He said," yes."
After a couple of days.. One day, God called upon the man.
When he came God asked him to return his new manufacture. The man said, "I cannot as it I have been using your product and made it as mine.
Then God smiled and asked the man," do you love me? or love me not? If so then you do you keep my thing with you as yours?”

The man burst in to laughter answering the God.. at last he said," you are no more powerful O' God because the last of your product caries your most vital thing- energy which is with me now. You are powerless can do nothing.
He remained silent and smiling at the God's face continued-,"I don’t love you. Never have I loved you before. It’s because of your energy that I was pretending love. You can go now."
God left thinking taking a revenge on him.

Diwali is a time for celebration; it’s a time for sharing laughter, love and cheer, warmth and happiness. So it’s a pleasure to remember the beloved ones, to fulfill our dreams and to spend time with our dream person. Because fondest dreams comes true filling our lives.

I planed to gift me a special gift on this Diwali. Tonight I am going to date with the most beloved and handsome person in my world... He is my dream perhaps since childhood, when I saw him first time in my life. Perhaps it is perfectly “love at first sight”. I cannot stop myself dreaming about him, not in my teenage and not even now. In my teenage, I wish we were made for each other!

We will celebrate diwali together. My eyes are waiting to see him, ears are waiting to hear his voice, and my lips are trembling to talk. I promise myself to be with him tonight and will not let him go.

I stand in the doorway to welcome the festive night. Crackers are being burnt outside, Diyas and candles are lighting up, the festival of light is being celebrated everywhere. But my soul and mind wait eagerly for him. I turn on the CD player. Its my favourite movie,Satyojit Ray’s “Apur sansaar”. I simply love it. My mind is setting in relatively relaxing mood. I walk back to my armchair; the curtains wide open letting in the diwali lights, atmosphere is glittering and comforting. My eyes close automatically but my ears eagerly wait to hear his footsteps.

I must have dozed off because I can’t hear him come in or feel him move into my room. My eyes are still too sleepy to open. But suddenly I feel his breath so soft like a gentle breeze against my skin. He reaches up his hand laying it softly on my forehead. I wake up and jump out of my chair with great surprise, His famous smile enlightens his beautiful lips and then, with a gentle look he takes my hand. Pulls me towards him, holding me close in his arms. The clock tickling loudly, he moves in closer. His eyes lock in mine. It is his eye that mesmerizes me to fall in love. It is his lip that quenches my thirst of love. He whispered in his manly voice, (which already made so many females crazy for him...) “How could you love me so deeply that I can’t just escape! “My knees go weak; my palms become sweaty, I go back to that place I have been so many times, already the world disappears all that's left is him and I. I want to say…"I carry your body in my mind, and... always talk to you"...but my throat dries up, my voice betrays me and I cannot say even a single word. I am mixed in emotions, so close to crying. He brushes my tears before they come,

The twinkling festival night is passing by outside the window… light, sound... And camera, sorry, the moving crowd. Suddenly a cracker is burnt outside my window. Just like a bomb is burst outside my house. That sound makes me wake up from my dream, and my dreamland hero Soumitro Chatterjee disappears just like a bubble on water. But still I can visualize him on TV monitor; the movie is going on…yes, I planned to spend my whole night with his movies,

I feel myself too sad but at the same time I plan to treasure the Wonderful moments he gave me sincerely. I feel honored that love comes and calls at my door, without causing pain. Memory is a way of holding onto the things we love, the things we are, the things we never want to lose. He draws me a flower and asks for my pet name .I feel as I am in heaven, I wish Oh if I can prove him that how much I love him!

The magic mirror is for sale.
Yes that’s what you heard in fairy tale
It tells the things about friend and foe,
about past, present, future, what you want to know.
Magic Mirror always tells the truth,
Whatever is the fact, Hard or smooth,
Never tells lies, even forced by threats-
Never commented on love or hate.
It owned by the mind with evil thoughts,
When the beauty queen became its boss,
Snow White, seven dwarfs kept useless-
if the magic mirror was not in its place.
It’s not only a looking glass, too simple to tell,
But an important character in fairy tale.
The queen is erased out, dwarfs are vanished,
Princess is out of mind, story is finished.
Who will say” I must be fairest in the land,”
Beauty can be bought by cash and credit card.
Beauty parlors, anti wrinkle cream,
Weekend in spa, regular visit in health regime.
So the mirror, outdated obsolete,
Just an useless fellow. Fairy tale artifact.
Put it in auction; fix it on wall for sell
Bye Bye magic mirror, just go to the hell.

Will you return the love
Which I tore from my heart ?
Out of a light that didn’t allow seeing things clear
Realize what I tore from you or my heart, dear!
Attuned a symphony,
With the heart palpitated
Blended harmony,
Mind that silence read.
So kind that made you love innocence.
Continue my endless love,
On and above the Milky WayS
Where a single line drawn toward
Brighter darkness
An imagination never stops
To the horizon of an eternal love.
Return my heart if you can
Before the time vanished,

Waiting for the golden sun to set,
Sky is coloured with pomegranate scarlet
Try to keep daylight slowly gone,
chirping notes are dieing down,

Dusky clouds reflecting off the Blinding sun
It’s the time to relax the tension.
The wind blows softly, trees are cool,
A moment of true beauty by Nature’s rule

Sunset is a little different though.
Seems as if it is new everyday, you know?
As sun rises, it will set, dear
Because sunsets are true forever.

Once the sky turns to blue and black
Until the skies have become truly dark
Now it’s sure the sun has set, or went away
Hope for starting a promising day.
