Dalcio de souza, 35, was a garbage colloector in Rio de janeiro (S. America). He Talks 'bout his past and how he was able to change his life with a business opportunity, he got from his neighbor.
" Up until April 2006, I and my wife, Patricia, 27, didn't have anything with us. Sometimes I couldn't even afford to buy kitchen gas to cook food 4 our children. I just made a living by collecting garbage and pulling my heavy cart through the streets of Complexo da mare in Rio. The cart was so heavy that I could hardly sleep at night because my body ached so badly. Sometimes, I couldn't even afford to buy cookies that my children always asked for. Worse still, sometimes I didn't money to travel by bus.
To make matters worse, One day I met with an accident and almost lost my life. My entire body was burnt.
Nevertheless, I've always had big dreams. I was just waiting for a good opportunity. One fine morning, my neighbor saw us going and teased me by saying, " Dalcio, how 'bout working for a mnc." I said 'yes' immediately. I needed a chance and here it was. He introduced me to a mnc. named Forever Living Products (World's largest grower, manufacturer and grower of Aloe Vera, Bee hive and fish oil (omega-3 essential fatty acids). I signed up and started my own business. I was my own boss. I had, in my hands, the opportunity of a lifetime. It was, really, a dream, I had been waiting for. The opportunity knocked at my door. I said to myself, " I couldn't be a garbage collector my entire life. If I didn't give it a try, nothing would change my life.
FOREVER changed my life. After about 8-10 months of my dedicated efforts, my average monthly gains reached 4000 U.S.D. Today, We have reached the Manager level in the mrktg. plan of the co. and work just 4 hrs. a day. I, now have my own car. For the first time in my life, i travelled by plane to visit my father in Goias, after going three yrs. without seeing him. Forever's health prods. are so good, that after consuming some of them, I no longer suffer from body aches.
If I, a garbage collector, can do this business, then every body in this world can do it. "
