I understand that this is a discussion for MS in Computer Science but i am posting a reply/request as i could not find any other relevant thread.

I have done my engineering (4 yr B.E. course) in "Instrumentation Technology"
I am looking at a GRE score of about 1350 - 1400.
I'm planning to do research, for which I will be applying to various universities in the US.
I will be starting the search soon, can someone suggest to me how to go about this research.
An idea about which Univ/colleges can I apply to and in what fields would be greatly helpful.
