1. I am facing an error while using a Fropper Relationships. What should I do?

2. What are browser cookies? Why are they important for using Fropper Relationships services?

3. Why don't I see any new content on Fropper Relationships? I see the same content as yesterday.

It is possible that your browser is displaying old content and is not refreshing the content. This is called caching.

If you are using Internet Explorer, please try the following to resolve your problem.
  1. Click on 'Tools' in the top menu


  2. Choose 'Internet Options' from the drop down menu


  3. Press the 'Delete files' button that appears in the window


  4. Make sure to check the 'Delete all offline content' check box. Click on 'OK' button


  5. Click the 'OK' button of the window and try browsing Fropper Relationships again
If you are using Netscape then follow these steps to resolve the issue.
  1. Click on 'Edit' in the top menu


  2. Choose 'Preferences' from the drop down menu


  3. On the left hand side of the new window, click the 'Plus' icon next to 'Advanced' option. In the list that is displayed below 'Advanced', click on 'Cache'


  4. Click the 'Clear Memory Cache' button and when the confirmation question comes up, click the 'OK' button. Also, click the 'Clear Disk Cache' button and when the confirmation question comes up, click the 'OK' button


  5. Click the 'OK' button of the window and try browsing Fropper Relationships again
