1. How do I place an order for Premium Services of Fropper Relationships?

To order a premium service, follow the steps outlined below:
  1. Login to your My Fropper Account


  2. Click on Membership Options on the left of your screen and chose the appropriate Premium Membership.

2. What modes of payment are accepted by Fropper.com?

To make payment easy, Fropper.com accepts all leading credit cards, personal cheques, demand drafts, bank drafts, net banking service of leading Indian banks, cash on delivery & Fropper Collection Centers at select locations. In addition to these options, we are continually adding new modes.

3. How can I make payment from outside India and USA?

You can pay us online using your credit card. We accept all leading credit cards. Your card will be charged in Indian Rupees and will reflect the foreign currency amount based on the exchange rate for that day. You may also pay us by cheque or bank draft drawn in favour of People Interactive (I) Pvt. Ltd., and mail it to the following address:

4. How can I make payment within India?

You can pay us online using your credit card. We accept all leading credit cards. You may also pay us by cheque or bank draft drawn in favor of People Interactive (I) Pvt. Ltd., and mail it to the following address:

7. Is online Credit Card payment on Fropper.com secure?

Yes, 100% Secure! Your credit card information is entered on a Secure Server using SSL Technology and 128 Bit Encryption which is one of the highest level of security provided by Fropper.com.

The information is transmitted in an encrypted fashion to our payment gateway and your card is charged online. Finally, to provide the highest level of security, we do not store your credit card information on our online server at any time.

8. What types of credit cards are accepted for payment?

We accept all leading credit cards, including Master, Visa, Amex, Diners Club cards and more. If you do not have any of these credit cards then you may also pay us by cheque or bank draft drawn in favor of People Interactive (I) Pvt. Ltd.

9. Can I pay using a Debit Card?

Yes, you can pay using your Debit Card. We would like to caution you that some issuing banks do not allow online Debit Card payments. So please check with your bank. You can also pay using a Cheque or Demand Draft.

10. Can I pay using a Cheque or a Demand Draft or a Bank Draft?

Yes you certainly can. Please make your cheque or bank draft payable to People Interactive (I) Pvt. Ltd. and mail it to the following address:

11. I placed an order and was given an Order ID. What is an Order ID?

An Order ID uniquely identifies your order. After you are given the Order ID, please make a note of it and save it for later reference. When you correspond with the Customer Care Team at Fropper.com your Order ID will help the team to quickly track your order details.

12. How long does it take to activate my account after I place an order?

If you pay for the order using a credit card, then the account is activated within 12 hours. But if you pay using a cheque, demand draft or a bank draft then the account is activated within 5 working days.

13. I have already paid for my premium membership but my account is still not active. Why?

If you have sent us your payment via demand draft, it is possible that we have not received the payment yet. Your Premium Membership will be activated as soon as we receive the payment. We will notify you via e-mail once we receive payment and activate your premium Membership. So please be patient.

Optionally, if you made payment via your credit card online, and your account is still not active, then it is possible that we suspect a violation of our service agreement or require some more information from you. Also, it sometimes takes upto 12 hours for notifications to reach us. Once again, we will get in touch with you via e-mail regarding the status of your account so please be patient.
