What is Fropper Relationships Instant Messenger? Is it free?
Fropper Relationships Instant Messenger is a quick and easy way to chat one-on-one with members who are currently online.
Yes, it is free to chat with Premium Plus members. Just go to the Who's Online page and look for members who have a  against their username. Click on the 'chat with me' image and start chatting.
Please note that as a free member, you can chat with Premium Plus members of the opposite sex only.

Do I need to download anything to use Fropper Relationships Instant Messenger?
No, you don’t have to download any application to use Fropper Relationships Instant Messenger. The Instant Messenger will work without problems in most browsers.
However, you do need to have the latest Flash plug-in in your browser. Get the latest version of Flash plug-in here.

When I login to Fropper Relationships, am I immediately available for Fropper Relationships Instant Messenger chat?
Normally, when you login to Fropper Relationships, the Messenger Window will launch automatically. However, it will not, if:
 You have chosen not to while logging in; or
You have installed a pop-up blocker feature on your machine. Learn what a pop-up blocker is?
If the Messenger Window has not launched automatically, you can launch it manually using the
"Launch Instant Messenger" option close to the top right of every page.
NOTE: To send and receive chat requests, you must have the Messenger Window open at all times.

How is Fropper Relationships Instant Messenger different from Yahoo Messenger or MSN messenger?
Fropper Relationships Instant Messenger works only with members of Fropper Relationships whereas MSN & Yahoo Messengers work with members of MSN & Yahoo respectively.
Also, both these messengers require you to download an application but Fropper Relationships Instant Messenger works on a Flash plug-in available in most browsers.

Premium members can send messages to anyone who is online. Just look for member profiles in which the ‘Chat with me’ image is blinking or go to the Who’s Online page and click on ‘Chat with me’ image that appears alongside every listing.
Free members can send messages to Premium Plus members for free. Just go to the Who’s Online page and look for members who have against their username. Click on the 'chat with me' image and start chatting.

How can I find out who’s online now?
All profiles and search results will tell you when someone’s online now. An image - chat with me - will appear on the profile or against username listings.
You can also use the Who’s Online page to find members who are online.

How do I change my availability status?
If you are a Premium member, you can change your status to Online, Busy or Invisible from the Messenger Window itself.
If you are a free member, you can only change your status to Offline by closing the Messenger Window.

Click on the ‘Buzz me-free’ or ‘Send Message’ image that appears on every profile you see.

What can I do if someone is bothering me in Fropper Relationships Instant Messenger?
If someone is bothering you, click on the block member icon that appears on top right corner of the Fropper Relationships Instant Messenger window. Once you block someone, he/she will not be able to chat, send buzzes or messages to you.

What should I do if I’m having technical difficulties?
Please check if you have the latest Flash plug-in for your browser. Also, if you are connected to the Internet through a firewall, make sure that your settings allow access to Fropper Relationships Instant Messenger.

How do I unblock members?
To unblock members, please go to your Block List and unblock members from there. Once you unblock someone, you can send and receive buzzes, messages and/or instant messages.

Will Fropper Relationships Instant Messenger work if I have a pop-up blocker on my browser and I have blocked pop-ups?
No. You must set your pop-up blocker to allow all pop-ups when you are on Fropper Relationships so that you do not miss any chat requests.
To find your pop-up blocker, look around the top section of your browser. It will be a toolbar which will have options to allow/dis-allow pop-ups. Most browsers usually have the MSN, Yahoo, Google or Alexa toolbar with the pop-up blocker feature.
Also, if you cannot find it, please seek help from a friend because it is impossible for us to change your settings.
