Metamorphosis of women

There is a saying that God has created the woman for the man. Myself being a man, I would say and believe that man and woman both cannot live without each other. In order to achieve anything we need to have an optimum mix of everything and God has created the human being with that optimum mix of man and women.

By the creation of God, men are naturally powerful in physique and if might is right, as in the case of animal world, then men are naturally dominating. But, unlike the animal world, human beings have a rational mind and hence expected do and behave in an intelligent manner.

On the contrary, women, who are destined to nurture the babies, are soft and kind hearted by nature. Love, affection, care are their natural virtues. But with the rapid change in the socio-economic environment all over the world, women too have joined the fray and put a genuine demand of a fair share of the cake. But ,the reality is that the male dominated society is not quite willing to yield. But then, the men folk have started realizing that time has arrived they ought to share things equally.

Hence, the issue of empowerment of women has gained momentum and 8th March is being celebrated as International Women's Day (IWD) connecting all women around the world and inspiring them to achieve their full potential. IWD celebrates the collective power of women past, present and future ... making the woman feel comfortable, understanding their limitations , appreciating their difficulties.

Quite an intelligent veiw point. Ofcourse there some women specially in villages and from the lower strata of society who will not be able to enjoy this equality, as poverty oppression and suppression has already brought them to their knees.
