Right when we think people are too busy amongst themselves and have no time for other human beings... some things happen that make you think we still have compassion for not only other people but also animals and birds.

It so happened that I saw an injured crow stuck high up on tree , trying very hard to be rescued. But, it was just a crow probably so not many people gave it another thought. However, there are people who many not belong to any animals rights organizations but still spare a thought for them. It was one such person who called up the fire brigade to rescue the crow... and the better thing is that the fire brigade didn't think it was a waste of time or anything and promptly came across and got the crow down! They must surely have more important things but it's great that they didn't think this was unimportant.

So, here's to the fire brigade and compassion!
Luckily i got some snaps also......

Good post...Personally, I wud hav never done such a thing as I dnt like crows but I have a friend who wud hav really appreciated the effort ... as she has done even weirder things for animals...dogs, cats, birds...

done rescue operations for some small ones who cudnt fly/ walk...

bought food for the hungry ones...

took a limping cat to a vet and fed her fish food...

she even made me (not so sensitive) a part of helping out the limping cat...by making me carry the basket (where we hid the cat) to the vet...

Though I dont feel like her for animals...I do salute her!

Really this is indeed a very thoughtful blog and we all should atleast learn something out of it, they (animals) are also human beings and we all should come forward to help them.
