 India/American Relationship

Hello. I joined Fropper to meet the beautiful people of India and learn more about the wonderous and lovely country of India. I have made many wonderful and amazing friends thus far.

Recently I was invited to read a blog posted on Girish K Sawhney's zone. I was much dismayed to read it was a supportive blog of the terriost attack of 9/11. I was also dismayed to read some of the comments in agreement with the blog. Much hate has spewed through both the blog and the comments. This really hurt me as Girish "portrays" himself to be one of my friends.

I now realize that there will always be hate from some people. They are just born haters.

I still love India. I still love the Indian people. I realize that the comments made are from a small percentage of the Indian population and do not represent India as a whole. I want to thank those Indian individuals who had the courage to disagree with the blog.

Below is part of the USAID/India program. It has not been edited. Our countries make a wonderful partnership and may it continue forever!!!!!

________________________________________________________________________

The United States and India, the two largest democracies in the world, share many values and strategic interests. The nations are dramatically and positively transforming their relationship. India is intensifying its economic and social policy reforms to decrease poverty and increase social equity. It is committed to halving poverty rates by the year 2020. India is both a key U.S. partner in the war on terrorism and an anchor for security and economic growth in strategically important South Asia.

This is from USAID/India program

Hello Libbie the Shady 1!!!! Never knewed U hath written this blog here; else would have commented on it; a long long time ago......

First thing first; I am not a American Hater! PERIOD!

Secondly; as I have tried to explain to you earlier; my blog had been written just before US was planning to attack Iraq; the 1st Time; which is a long long time ago!!!!!

Thirdly; it a figment of my imagination; a VERY WILD story(I know Americans write wilder ones on themselves; so what???) and to be taken as such; PERIOD once again!!!!

If you still have any doubts; please come forth here and ask fer clarifications; your going away like this is not at all liked by me at least......

I just hope and pray; that good sense will prevail on you and you will interact with us as you did before!

AMEN!!!!!!

I havent read this blog in question, and dont feel its a must too anyway. What happened on that fateful day in New york affected everybody and the world in general, it was simple a fight between good and evil while so many ppl died in this massacre of brutality in the end it was Love that kept everyone together. We must learn from this and gotether help each other and become good ppl, every religion has its share of good and bad people lets not put blame on the religion, being a Pakistani myself I hve seen much anger and bad towards India its bad but if you are good then leave the mindless few they will their own way...Peace! Imran.

Thanks to people like you, the flame of love and humanity is still alive between the USA and India. The 9/11 attacks have been condemned by the whole world and rightly so. But please don't bother very much about a handful few who wish to add fuel to fire with thier venomous tongues. Their support for terrorism is ample proof that they are anti India and USA. but more importantly, anti humanity.
