tenjade_destiny said: moreover the implementers who were the part of communism believed that the only way for communism to advance was to help (or force, if necessary) Western Civilization to destroy itself. and they could achieve this best by chipping away at the rights of those annoying western individuals. One way to do that is to change their speech and thought patterns by spreading the idea that vocalizing your beliefs is disrespectful to others and must be avoided to make up for past inequities and injustices. And, call it something that sounds positive: “Political Correctness.” May 13, '08 |

tenjade_destiny said: srian, this blog of urs fascinated me to the extent that i did try to find some info on net..i could read that the concept of POlitical Corrctness (PC) is not a new thing, it has its roots in communism. Its belief was in the individual, that an individual could develop valid ideas. At the root of communism was the theory that all valid ideas come from the effect of the social group of the masses. The individual is worthless. May 13, '08 |

Why do we have to put this facade? is it as the common person wanted it or is it thurst upon him? Moreover, is the attitude/will their to support this language or is it just pampering to the dictates. Sorry, if the anguish spills over. May 13, '08 |
