Fropper Team Can't Explain Why I'm Unable To Post Scraps In Zones
So I've returned to Fropper after a
two month absence but I'm unable to post scraps in
any zones using any of the web browsers on my own
computer.
I've written to the Fropper team explaining this
but they aren't much help.
I suspect the reason has something to do with
what they've done to allow users to send scraps
in 9 different languages- a feature that wasn't there
when I left Fropper 2 months ago.
Back in February, I bought myself a new computer a Mac.
The Mac uses the Mac Safari web browser.
Back then, I was able to post scraps in zones using
my Safari browser but I wasn't able to send messages or
post blog entries.
So I downloaded the Firefox web browser to my Mac.
Using Firefox, I was unable to post scraps but I was able to send
messages and post blog entries.
So that was the arrangement.
I used my Mac Safari browser to post scraps in
Fropper members' zones and used Firefox to
send messages and post ezBlog entries.
Now we'll find out if I can still post blog entries
using Firefox as this is the first time I've written
a blog entry since my return.
But now I can't post scraps in any zones using any
of my computer's 3 web browsers.
In Mac safari for example- the box above the
scrap posting box where you select the language
you want to use for posting scraps is totally blank.
It doesn't list English or any of the other 8 languages
you can now post scraps.
And when I try to post scraps, nothing shows up.
In my Firefox browser, the box does list English
and the other 8 languages but when you try to write
in the scrap box below, it doesn't let you write
anything (you can write in the Mac Safari browser
scrap box but what you write, you can't post).
As for the Opera web browser on my Mac computer,
it does list English and the other 8 languages in
the language selection box.
But when you try to write anything in the scrap posting
box using the Opera web browser, what you write ends
up being totally reversed in the scrap box itself.
So if you write hot it ends up as toh.
If you write go it ends up as og.
If you write no it ends up as on.
And so on and so forth.
What I suspect has happened is that one of the "geniuses"
on the Fropper team has come up with this new feature for Fropper
but this new feature only probably works on the Microsoft Windows
Internet Explorer.
And seeing as how Mac computer sales are going up all over
the world, Fropper should really ensure that any supposedly
great new feature they've come up with- should work on other
web browsers besides Internet Explorer.
