No teleserial or film on Aarushi's tragic killing

When there is tragedy, Bollywood wastes no time in cashing in. So, it isn't surprising that wannabes want to make a film based on Aarushi Talwar's murder case. It's all so typical. A film will be announced, which will then be advertised as a sensitive film, meant to be an eye opener. And usually it's some sidey director, who wouldn't have heard of otherwise, who will be at the helm of affairs. He'll be all over the place and finally we'll realize that he has made films like 'Tehkhana', 'Purani Haveli'. The sidey director will drop big names as part of star cast. Maximum liberty will be taken with facts and will be passed off as creativity and hard hitting cinema. The film will release, flop and be out of theatres quicker than the sand in a sand timer. Sigh.

And now that TV is no longer the poor country cousin of Bolly, why must they be left behind? And horror of horrors, Ekta Kapoor wants to use Aarushi's murder case as a plot in her show Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki ! As if there isn't enough depravity in her shows. Then they'll make sure to make it as disgusting and distasteful as possible. Rajesh Talwar will most definitely have an affair with Dr. Anita and he will be Dr. Nupur's fifth husband and they will have divorced and patched up at least four times.

Hope the the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) forbids serial makers and movie makers from making anything on the case, especially Ekta Kapoor. How can they want to take advantage of such a sensitive thing?

This is so sad..first doing media trial and now making serial on someone elses loss. I am sure NCPCR will put a ban on this idea.

but the producer will surely change names and make subtle changes in plot and declare any resemblence is coincidence then what?its legal
