Sarkozy, Carla Bruni's 31st love!

Nicolas Sarkozy has already faced a lot of flak for marrying Carla Bruni. Though I think it's quite cool on his part to care a hoot about what everyone has to say and go ahead with the nuptials, whatever his reasons for doing so maybe.

Anyway, Bruni is keeping up with her wild child image still, if her song is a teller. The president's wife is singing about her 30 lovers. THIRTY!! Whoa! and here I am, thinking my three and a half boyfriends so far is a big number. Oh, by half I don't mean I was dating a half-guy-half-woman or even Centaur or Satyr! This one was not quite a relationship. But then, she is 12 years older also. Wonder if I should take this as a challenge and break her record by the time I turn 40. Khee khee khee.

Ahem. She has dated Mick Jagger! Kevin Costner and Donald Trump also. Quite a cracker. Anyway, wonder how must Sarkozy feel about being compared to Afghan heroin, Colombian white powder (what is that?). Imagine what a scandal it would have been if any of the Indian First Lady sang this for the First Citizen. But then... the likes of Dr. APJ Kalam, K R Narayanan, Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma wouldn't quite fit the bill of being called that!

I anticipate some more criticism coming the Sarkozys' way! But for a 40-year-old I think the lyrics are quite juvenile.
