 Coping with an ordinary Goddess

Been working today, all day, non-stop and feeling more energized than when I began. Really, there's so much to do, and just one me.

No lightning bolts, no nothing, just sharing this amazing "fulfilling feeling" if you get what I am saying.

The goddess is lucky to have converted several interests into professions. Working is having fun for pay. How much better does life get?

Just got an inquiry for a series of sensitivity training programmes for the senior management of a leading company. If this works out, it would be my biggest work yet and the best part is that I was highly recommended/insisted on as the trainer by one of the decision makers who had attended a programme with me in another organization.

Forget the money, feels good to know that my hard work meant so much to him and that it helped him enough to make a point out of approaching me again.

So here I am, sitting and designing a series on emotional intelligence, sensitivity and caring when applied to the professional context and its role in the transformation of an organization on a performance as well as satisfaction level.

Of course, the challenge is that my programmes being experiential, I can't explain the concepts to them, but designing the experiences to make available to them to encourage self-exploration and self-actualization.

The theme is creating ourselves to create our organization.

I am sooooo excited. I hope this works out. The budget is a bit tight ........

Dear Vidyut, the subject you discussed is highly innovative. "Emotional intelligence, sensitivity and caring when applied to professional context and its role in the transformation of an organization on a performance as well as satisfaction level." It is a great concept and definitely challenging. But the degree to which I have been able to discover you so far, I can very safely say that you love challanges and you have the will to take on a challange head on. To achieve success, one of the pre requisite yardstick is to have a positive attitude and abundant self confidence. The goal before you is difficult no doubt, but, as I always tell myself, all journeys, long or small, simple or difficult, always start with one small step and that small step is belief in your own self. Dear friend, you have that self belief in you, you have the positive attitude and you have the will to take the challange head on. So dear friend-GO AHEAD AND GRAB THE OPPORTUNITY. YOU WILL SUCCEED. THATS VIDYUT.

Whirly,

The goddess was always open. Its your perception that has changed (do I sound appropriately profound?)

Everyone else.... I'm enjoying the support that I sense from you for my purposes and dreams. Thank you for being there with me.
