Kindness begets kindness
“Be kind to every one, as each one of us is going through a personal hell”
Some one said this long back, it’s so apt and true in today’s fast paced hi-tech world
Each one of us is undergoing stress to a certain extent, we all have problems, sometimes we can handle them some times we cant, the moment we can’t, it starts to handle us
and we succumb to its ways thereby creating a negative aura around us which we carry with us every where we go. This negativity affects our health, work, and relationships, everything we worked and lived for our entire life.
Negativity!!!! What is it? Dictionary describes it as an expression of lacking in constructiveness, helpfulness, optimism and cooperativeness.
What precipitates this expression? Is it the fear or refusal or it’s just simple apprehension? We fear the unknown future good or bad we are not aware what it’s going to be like, past is something we have had lived in fear present we are living the fear and future we are again planning to live it.
Where did we live our life? Each breath we take in the passing moment is getting heavy and unbearable due to the pressure that builds in our minds due to this apprehension.
Ever watched people on the traffic signal waiting for the red light to turn green? They all
have a grim look on their face, nervous, worried, apprehensive, fatigued, angered, saddened and lonely deep down, we wont find many people whistling to the song ,that’s being aired on the radio. We are literally running around, like a live volcano just a prick and the whole lava would come out, destroying us and others leaving nothing, but ashes behind. We have 110 reasons to be negative about life and people around us, but not even a one reason to be happy and joyous, and when we r punishing ourselves this way how can we be kind and nice to others? Can all this be changed?
Yes it’s possible. Adopting simple ways to eradicate negative emotions
like jealously, envy, hatred, resentment, anger, fear, guilt, bitterness, hopelessness,
apathy, grief, shame, blame, regret, hostility
from our lives, would help us a long way. It may sound a bit difficult but it doesn’t take much of an effort to channelize them into something productively positive for ourselves and the society at large.
Some one said
KINDNESS IN WORDS CREATES CONFIDENCE
KINDNESS IN THOUGHTS CREATES PROFOUNDNESS
KINDNESS IN GIVING CREATES LOVE...........
