Sorry folks, been missing for a long time. Even now, Just hopping through to explain this absence.

Thing is, I'm busy. This is actually how my life usually is, and the initial spurt was when I was taking time off. I miss you guys, but I know that if I login to Fropper, I'm going to end up spending a lot of time getting in touch or feeling dissatisfied.

And well..... I do know the world goes on with or without me... but earning my bread and butter must be done by me. So that's where things are.

The news in life is that I'm working on a couple of websites Discover Urjaa ISABS Mumbai Chapter and Navnirman Samaj Vikas Kendra - most of this is done.

In addition to this, I have taken up a part time job with a training organization I respect tremendously Resonate Consulting. Since they have never had anyone to handle their documentation and research, that's a hell lot of work, even though I work only three afternoons a week.

Then, I am going ot Bangalore on the 19th for the Group Relations Conference by HID Forum. This will be a unique opportunity for me to explore the Tavistock model, so I am very excited about it.

When I come back (on the 29th), I will suffer a few days of overload handling the backlog at both my own business as well as Resonate. So...... I hope you guys get the picture.

But I am also very happy with what is happening. I feel that all my hard work is being rewarded, and I am being showered with acknowledgment, praise and affection for what I am doing. Total warm and fuzzy feeling.

That doesn't mean I miss you any less - Particularly Manisha and Whirly - there is something about singing together that bonds people I guess..... and avinash, dagny, Chitra....

Please bear with me and wish me joy in what I am doing. I'll come back with loads of stories and we can all get e-drunk
