 SNAIL TRACK

Wet weather, cloudy day, no sun ray
Notice  a  snail  in  garden   that   day
Slowly  moving   with  shell  on back
Leaving behind long  slippery  track

Slimy  moist body,  shell load of ton
Even   if   it   want,  snail    can't   run
Shell is its  small comfortable  home
Snail carry  the same  where it roam

Two  pair of  tentacles moving   around
Searching  food it need, may be   found
Touch tentacle with grass pluck beside
Simply   pulls   it  self   into  shell  inside

Leisurely   moving   creep  up  a  grass blade
No  pause  to  look  back, vanish into  foliage
Looking  at  track,  thought  came   into mind
Move on with own speed, never look behind
