 Who should lead India

Deeds not words. These are some of the rich , powerful and successful indians who have shown us how to earn the millions. They have made it to the billioneres club. They have earned it and they are able to keep it going.

According to the Forbes magazine, India has recently become home to the largest number of billionaires in Asia. The following data comes from the Forbes list of India's richest

Until the late 1960s, royalty like Nizam  dominated the elite list in India. We respect our Tatas and Birlas, but  common men  like Dhirubhai Ambani began to amass fortunes in the last quarter of 20th century as the country began to liberalise controls on industry.

So it is that time where we all can dream big, and strive to become billionaires. Till then be inspired by our fine fellowmen!

We need leaders who add value to the people and the organization they lead, who work for the benefit of others and not just for their own personal gain; who inspire and motivate rather than intimidate and manipulate; who live with people to know their porblems and live with God in order to solve them; and who follow a moral compass that points in the right direction regardless of the trends.

Hats off to the Great Leaders in India.

Good compilation-but most of them are creators-managing things albeit nation is left for the lesser mortals-as founder of wal-mart says capital is not scarce -genius is.

I completely agree with Vivek (Bakra) we need the educated younger generation who have an vision and fire to steer the country selflessly.I would further add that the professional politicians be banned, political ideology be buried with only one goal of development just like our elite billionares.

Narayan Murty is an honest man and a futurist in my view, but his set of experiences are quite different.

A country could not be run like a corporate. It needs a resolute group of pragmatists with genuine roots to the populace.

Nice blog.
