Some Health tips.......
1.} Blood Purifier : Take a tsp of powdered pomegranate skin with water early morning.
2.} Kidney Ailments? Minimize carrying heavy objects & avoid uncooked foods.
3.} High Blood Sugar? Have 1 tbsp of neem juice daily morning.
4.} Suffering from a tooth ache? Dab vinegar on the tooth. This'll ease the pain.
5.} Avoid eating fruits just after meals. It may cause intestinal gas.
6.} Use olive oil - it aids weight loss & also controls bad cholesterol.
7.} Engage in mental games to keep the mind active & alert. Try solving a puzzle.
