 Aaj koi dastan shab bhar chale

Aaag barsaayee gayee, patthar chale 

Hum zamee se jab zara upar chale 

Tishnagi ka hum ko duniya tha jawaab 

Mehkade ki raah se ho kar chale 

Kaun aaya shaher mein haatim naya 

Dil leke kis ghar chale 

Ab bhale naraaz ho duniya ki tu 

Jee mein thani thi so who bhi kar chale 

Aakhiri saanson ka hai mehmaan dil 

Aaj koi daastaa shab bhar chale
