There are three types of people
1. Those who are superior to us in Age, Knowledge, Deeds etc...
2. Those who are equal to us in Age, Knowledge, Deeds etc...
3 Those who are lesser than us in Age, Knowledge, Deeds etc...
Now,

We should show respect & love to the people who are superior to us like grand parents, parents, mother&father in law & other elderly people, teachers, people who are more educated than us, saints etc... and should not feel shy to ask them for guidance about anything which we do not know. If we show them their due respect, they will happily oblige with whatever we ask. Not only that, they will encourage & bless us in our activities. If not, we will only earn their wrath.

We should treat people equal to us in age, wisdom & deeds in a friendly manner. We should not try to prove them inferior to us & not argue with them over silly things. We should show love & care for them. By doing so we will get back what we give.

We should show care, affection & guidance to people who are lesser than us in age (children, younger siblings, spouse (I have mentioned spouse because either wife or husband may be younger) & other young age people), wisdom & deeds (people who are less educated than us, domestic & casual labourers etc., etc.). We should forgive them for their mistakes & carelessness & guide them properly with love & affection. We should not scold or abuse them in unparliamentary words. By doing so, they will show respect & listen to us.

Isn't it simple to follow these steps to live a peaceful & happy life?
