Ike41 said: A trip down memory lane to that period makes one wish for it to be repeated. Carefree were the days & yrs, despite the teachers' caning threats for not completing homework. Studies, games, friends, picnics etc all made life so full & enjoyable that one hoped it will never end but being envious of the freedom elder brothers/sisters enjoyed wanted it to end also. This was though a momentory lapse as GOLDEN days were & are still the best. Teachers, however much strict, were always respected for the concern they showed for our scholarly progress. They were men & women whom we still remember for the foundation they gave us & owe our progress in life to them with gratitude. Values imbibed are still cherished & followed. Friend, U have indeed revived glorious memories by Ur composition. If one meets an old schoolmate, it's a real joyous occasion. September 11, '08 |
