BLAST VICTIMS: WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TREATMENT

Hi Friends & All!!

I'm here not to talk of any political party involved in trying to console the bereaved families of those brave people who lost their precious lives in the recent Blasts which rocked in the cities of Jai Pur, Bangalore, Ahmedabad & Now, New Delhi.

The main culprit always remains at large in all the cases & there remains the false claims by the Govt. & other security agencies regarding the process it follows.

Yesterdays newspaper "THE TIMES OF INDIA ENGLISH EDITION" carried an article on the blast victims of 2006 Blasts of which the main Hero who saved the lives of around 60 odd people in the DTC bus he was driving.
He sacrificed his eyes & suffered injuries in the ears for saving others  from becoming the victim of the blasts which rocked thru the city at that time.

There were grants announced after every such mishap but one seldom gets the relief money. As in the case of the DTC Driver. He's paying from his own pocket for the treatment & Yet to get the Money from the Delhi govt.

Same is the case with those who got injured & were rushed to various hospitals & Nursing Homes in the vicinity.

My simple Question is to the Govt. as to who should pay for the injuries sustained in this situations where fault is not ours.
Who is responsible for the tratment of the injured? If, we have to Pay the price then what the Govt. is sitting for in the Centre & States.

Hope some Govt. officials are reading this article & Will take some remedial action.

a country is like a one family and the head of the family is the government so he is responsible for us he should protect us, small people, but when something happen and the gov't cannot do his duty maybe its time for us to make some action we should help those who are in need, lets not wait for the head, coz it might be too late when he come.and we should also protect our country (im a filipino)this is our home...home sweet home...

The government is responsible for our safety. If the blasts occured it is their responsibility, so the family of each person killed should get 1 crore. Those greviously hurt should get 50 lakhs.
