 DETOX TUNE UP .... A NEW AND HEALTHY YOU


Detox tune up is a must to maintain your body's health and to get the toxins out of your system. Toxin built up can cause serious diseases. Our body is like a car.An efficient mechine that performs consistently only when it is given proper care,and just like a car needs a regular change of oil and vrious filters to eliminate the waste products that degrades their performance, our body needs to be cleared of the chemicals and toxins that clog it's system. Many of these toxins are destructives side effects of our chemical filled foods. From the pereservatives to additives found in the food or contaminants in the water supply. Body can process and eleminate some of the toxins and chemicals but the overload gets to stored in the liver, lungs, kidneys, fat cells , intestines, blood streems and skin,which can result in chronic illnesses down the road

You can feel fresh with this detoxify program every day if not , then atleast once a week. 
Begin your day with gentle stretches (warm up excercise)that warms up your body and awakens your mind. After that have a glass of warm water with one lemon squeezed into it. For the detox diet choose high fiber and organic foods. Eat more beans, brown rice, vegetables and fruits- raw if you can otherwise steamed, oat bran chicken or turkey. The super cleanse broth will really cleanse your system. To make simply prepare the broth from kale, collard greens, cabbage, water cress, cilantro, garlic, ginger, radish green onions fennels and turmeric. 

Drink your vegies in juice form Try a terrific detox juice made with aloe vera, apples, asparagus, beet greens, cabbage carrot greens, celery , cucumber and parsley. 
Soak for 20 minutes in revitalizing herbal bath to help draw out toxins . Infuse your water with eucalyptus, winter greens, peppermint, fennel,cinnamon and epsom salt. 

Herbal therapy ... Whether you steeped into tea or add them in cooking they are patent herbs to get toxins out. 

1- chrysanthemum(mums). It cleanses the liver, lowers blood pressure lowers cholestoral. and balances blood sugar. 

2- Dandalion root. Research shows it's roots enhances the flow of bile improving liver conditons such as hepatitis, gallstones, and jaundice. 

3- Hawthorn berry. A famous cardiovasculer tonic that has chockful of andioxidants. It is also known to cleanse the blood plaque. It also maintains the healthy cholestrol and blood pressure. 

4- Turmeric .. A common spice speeds up the elemination process in the whole body by increasing the bile production and releasing the elemination of heavy metals and other chemicals.
