 whats on your mind?

you are getting married..
do you want to sign a prenuptial agreement
of who's what in case things dont work out?
do you think it is right to take gifts and not agree before hand who gets to keep them
later if things dont work?

If you are married...
do you want to sign a post nuptial agreement
Just to make sure that you know who gets the dogs and the cats in case things dont work out?
do you think it will never happen to you?
whats wronge in talking about who owns what while you are still good friends and happily married?

If you are separating..
you cant stand each other any more
It is painful to be together and it is painful to be apart
You just dont know if you want to continue?
do you want to make a seperation agreement while you are still on talking terms?

NO?
well you missed the boat ....
three times. NOW it is too late....
The lawyers have entirely taken over your life....
They will get everything they want ...
who cares about you anyway!!!

SO GO AND MAKE A CLEAR ACCURATE AGREEMENT WHILE THERE IS STILL TIME.
AFTER ALL MARRAIGE IS A LEGAL CONTRACT.
love comes later... much much later.
sometimes after all is lost.

hey all this is in sonifont .dont be fooled by original duplicates....

as the man n woman r being "so-called"; educated, the meaning of marriage is contracting and centering around fun till satuarion , if one in couple is unsatisfied and option in area of work(job) is available , extraa marital relations start which forms the basis of seperations in a married-couple .. all such problems r common where marriage is considered as a contract .. but when marriage is adopted as SANSKAAR , THE CASES OF SEPERATIONS r few as compared to cases in communities who consider marriage as contract ... sanskaar provides the devotion to each other while contract assumes the conditions of services to each other ... services may be purchased but devotions is eternally generated .. dear sonee ... sympathy with those having marriage as contract

If one wants to separate than the contract is a piece of paper and would love to go away hassle free. That's my idea.
Thanks for sharing, Chandra.

You make an intermediate agreement...well actually..pre-pre nuptial agreement to begin with that states clearly what is "inclusion"; and what is "exclusion";...
Then you do an intermediate agreement that coveres the contingencies...like "if things that are supposed to change dont change" or "if things that are not supposed to change , actually change" etc...
Then you make the post-post nuptial agreement, in order to ensure that in the "pre-separation" phase exclusions are not included and the inclusions are not excluded!
And...finally...
in the separation agreement....

for get it!

Why cant you have the nuptials with the attorney?
