695029 said: yea,effective jokes. But this is short period phenomina and the economy cannot go ahead with this condition. The economy can go down upto a maximum realm and after that it need to go up. When their is a night correspondingly there will be a day and no other thing. Likewise, after this recession there will be boom. The economist and the business houses and the financial organisations have to make a deep introspection regarding the present crisis and the reason thereof. SPIRITUALS said: It is time for a serious introspection and retrospection.It smacks of a well planned conspiracy and scam , perpetrated by America and few other economically stable countries by investing huge money in underdeveloped countries like India (FII), and withdrawing suddenly(there is no safeguard!!) like a carpet from under, in order to thwart us from becoming a global power,with our galloping progress in all spheres, including space and our Rupee gaining strength day by day vis-a-vis the Dollar !!! The uncontrolled greed for foriegn investment did us in - especially in our stocks !!Otherwise there is no other reason for the recession in America TO HIT US SO HARD. We could put up with inlfation or any other internal crisis, if we did not invite foriegn investment recklessly !!!Today Rupee has hit rock bottom!!This could help exporters but AMERICA is NOT in a position to IMPORT!! SPIRITUALS said: This is genuine, palatable truth disguised as humour !!!The trivia are significant.The Bankruptsies ,cost cuttings and cruel lay offs have resulted in a mass fear psychosis !!It is incredulous that inspite of advancement and research ,in the science of economics , with many nobel economists available to Governments, meticulous planning and monitoring of the financial health of National Exchequers,Banks and Institutions dealing in public and private finance ,how could such a calamitous recession could occur in this age ,in countries like America!!! Industries,Business houses and Stock Exchanges,too have trained professionals' advisers with advanced analytical tools. How could everybody overlook the warning signs,the behaviour of markets etc.? The crisis management,back up for sudden collapses, run on the Banks etc. being in place,how could the crisis precepitate?There was no global famine, drought or natural calamity? Contd.
