Real Estate Company <a href=”http://www.zameen-zaidad.com/mahagun-mascot-crossings-republik.aspx”>‘Mahagun Pvt Ltd.’</a>has announced to construct ‘Mahagun Metro Mall’ in Vaishali area of Ghaziabad. Owing to its vicinity to the proposed metro station in Vaishali, it has been named ‘Mahagun Metro Mall’. Multiplex, food court, entertainment, retail and office space shall be made available in it. Being constructed in an area of 6,80,000 sq.ft at a cost of Rs 3250 crore, this mall will be completed next year. Residential Project ‘Mahagun Mascot’ is also being constructed in Global City ‘Crossing Republic’ at NH-24 on behalf of Mahagun. Being constructed 10 km away from Delhi in an area of 13 acre, all modern facilities shall be provided in this project. Two segments-Star and Plus have been included in this residential complex. Mascot star will consist of 30 storeyed two iconic towers which include 3-4 bedroom flats plus 22 storeyed 15 towers will consist of 2-3-4 bedroom flats.
