THE LONELY JOURNEY !! PART I

Savitri or  Savy 's  life  is a living  example  of  sheer  grit  , survival   , courage , singlemindedness  and  of  course  devotion  to  her  love !

She  is  a  survivor  ! She  gets   jolts  , shocks , setbacks   and miseries  in her  life  one  after  the  other !  Each  one  sufficient   to   destroy   a  lesser   and  weaker   person , but  not   Savy . She  braves  all of  them  , survives all of  them  and  outgrows   the  injuries  inflicted  on  her body and soul  each  and  every time  ! 


First  shock  was when  she  knew  about her  being an orphan , she  came  to terms  with this fact  and tried to   get  the  best   out  of   the orphanage  , became  a role  model  for all  the  other  inmates there . The  stigma   of  being  an orphan   is  washed  away    ! 

And  she gets  another   shock , she  is  sexually  abused  by the  in-charge of  the  orphanage !  This  shock  affected    her   to the  extent  that   she  was  partially  paralysed ! But will   she ever  give  up ?? 


Belying  all the  medical  forecasts  , she   is   fully    recovered  , and  turns  out  to be  a  very attractive  woman ! 

Falls in love  with  Adi ! Adi  was  like  a  cool breeze  in her  desert  like  barren  life , which  had  nothing  but  only  hot  currents  of  unpleasant  and  painful  wind ! Adi  was  all she  had  , the  only possession , her  present    and  her future  !! He  erased  her  past !  They  had  a  very  sweet  live  in relationship   . Very soon they were   to marry ! And  she  gets  the  third  shock  !

Adi  is  killed  in a   terrorist   blast  ! In  one  stroke  all her  hope  , her  life  , her  everything  is shattered , never  to be  repaired  again  !  She  breaks down this once !  Doesnt  know what to  do  , how  to  go  on , she  is  completely  lost !  She becomes  only a  shadow  of  her  past  !  

She  weeps  and  weeps  ! Why  only me  ???? Oh  God    how  many times    will you test   me  ??  Why   one  blow  after the  other  ?? Each  one  nastier    ,   more  painful  , more severe than   the  previous  one !!  She buckles  down   under   all  these   setbacks  . Her  grit   , her  courage   , her   will   everything    gone with  Adi  !! 

And  then  enters  Maya   in  her  life  ! Her   very  
close  friend  from  college days  !  After   graduation  they  went their  own  ways  !  Maya    got  admission  in a  PG    diploma   course  for  Management  , and  Savvy  took up  a  job ! 

After her  diploma  , Maya   worked   for  some  time   in  a  management  consultant   firm , got  some valuable  experience  and   was  very  much    inclined  to   have  her  own  consultancy  firm .  

She  came  in Savy's  life as  a messiah ! She  knew  that   Savy  is  one woman    who  is not  so easily  going  to  give  up . She  is a  survivor  !!
