A CHAPTER ON OBSERVATIONS
My alter-ego Prof. Hard2Krak is one hell of an observer. Recently he has been showing a deep interest in observing people and the various individualistic ways by which they expend their nervous energies. In this quest he came across a lot of different techniques which seemed very interesting to watch.
Such sights are usually observed in busy areas, wherein one has to wait for somebody’s arrival. Or as an outlet to the nervousness felt prior to an examination or meeting a girl one loves.
Some interesting ones observed:
• How many times have you observed a person walking up and down with no particular reason, whatsoever, like a caged tiger.
• A person gesturing or speaking to himself/herself.
• Another interesting one is the nervous gestures of a women fiddling with her odni trying to cover whatever that cannot be seen or the umpteen times she brushes the invisible speck of dirt from her clothes.
• Then there are those nail biting types who bite out their fingers to glory.
• The eeuck ones are those digging out their noses or extracting the hair from their nostrils-reminds one of the movie Mechannas Gold. I sometimes wonder at the speed of growth of such hair.
• The use of cell phones for making unnecessary calls is the recent addition to these various styles. One gets the impression that these people have been born with their cells as their extended hands and a permanent tilt in their necks.
• The moongphalli types are also unique.
• The commoners are the ones twirling their moustaches and scratching their chins and running their fingers through their hair.
What a sheer waste of energy. One wonders if this energy, if tapped, could send a rocket to space.
With this intelligent observation, Prof. Hard2Krak signs off- awaiting your uneducated comments on my finer observations.
PS: Im a nervous guy too!!!! Awaiting your comments - gets me nervous.
And my style of expending nervous energies is rather unique.
