What a car-nama!

The Bachchan family is quite a gifted one, literally! I don't want to indulge in paeans about how talented the Big B, Amitabh, and the Jr B, Abhishek, are. Yaaawwwnnn! That's stating the obvious. I don't even mean they are God's greatest gift to mankind and Bollywood. I'm talking about the gifts they give and receive.

Just two days back much newspaper space was occupied by the news about Amitabh gifting a super-expensive (Rs 2 crore, if you please) imported Bentley to sonny boy Abhishek for his birthday. Check out the mean white machine!

And today one read about the Rs 3.5 crore Rolls Royce (Phantom super luxury car) gifted to Amitabh by director producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra for his stunning performance in EKlavya! The Bachchans are certainly leading the good life!

Well, if that's how all the producer-directors applaud Amitabh for his performances, he will soon have a longer fleet of cars than he already does. He could even open his own showroom and then model for one of them himself. Anyway he models for just about any product under the sun.

I'm off to the nearest gifts shop to buy cards with images of Bentley and Rolls Royce for Valentine's Day...

P.S - Sanjay Dutt gifted daughter Trishala a white BMW last year for Valentine's Day. Sigh!
