An excelelnt observation . However the press claims that Tharoor had been travelling economy class much before the austerity measures were implemented by the UPA government.It claims that tharoor had already travelled 5 times by economy class....Then I wonder why Congress had to rebuke Tharoor for using the 'cattle class' terminology. If he leans, his head will sure go over the seat top, while Shashi's head is below the top of the seat. Given his height, he doesn't fit the seat height. And Kingfisher Red seats are short. Good observation doc. In fact, I almost believed it, as every newspaper and TV Channel is flashing this picture over and over... Only after I read your blog, I took a closer look.
