 Mehngai.. Mehngai.. kaha hai Mehngai

Thanks friends... we have done with the festive season.... the longest after Navratri... as Dipawali festival lasts for  6 odd days.... and now we will be awaiting the marriage season....

We all talk about simplicity and simplifying our life and feel proud to be the center of discussion with the topic..... but this Dipawali we have done with more than 300 crores of firework.....

what did we get in return.... Who cares

Decorate your home, wear new dresses, light the house with Diyas , Candles and Decorative Lights available in the market...

but firecrackers... and that to the extant that even Supreme Court Order of banning crackers beyond 65 decimal sound and time limit of 10 PM ... all state government, the district magistrate, dare take any action...
Who cares...

The RSPM which measures the pollution is normally 2-3 times is more than 5-7 times during Diwali... the metals used in manufacturing low cost crackers are really harmful in all the ways...
The trouble is more than double for the Asthama related patients days after diwali....

Who cares

The related  posts by Pradipda on cracker demand by his son and Geetsudhaji.. on types of marriage is welcomed...

wish people agreed in true sense and by not just sharing the comments.....

The post on Govardhan puja and its importance... by Raynu ...is  really worth it.. the condition of cows and the expansion of slaughter houses as India is becoming a largest exporter of cow meat to the western world... where we are heading...

Now the marriage season will be setting in and we all know how much people spend on a marriage... the designer dress and the amount of gold....amount on food dishes served in the marriage.... who says India did ever had ressassion ...
how many did control the  spending...

apne pass to hai.... uper ka niche ka kya fark padta hai....

The post of Super 45 .. sureshbhai is worth reading as the whole world know the amount of gold deposits the Indian family have.....

The rush in the malls and super markets and willingness to spend and the people buying LCD TV as the sale of LCD TV is the biggest among white goods sold...

The flood of news items showing duplicate mawa and ghee and milk.... never stopped us from making the  queues bigger in front of the sweetmart.... bhai kya kare diwali hai...

shayad Hathi ke datho wali kahavat hum Indians pe sab se jayada lagu padti hai.....

10% of what we have spend on crackers in couple of days can can be food for more than 15 days for many....

All the efforts to Go Green depends on us ... the people ....not the Government and the NGOS and the reporters of the news channels who will show both side of the coins....

Who cares....

An eye opening post.....
Really Who Cares????
Sab Chalta hai....
Our resilience towards bringing out any changes is so dominant that we've accepted these conditions willingly....
I didn't burn any crackers or distribute sweets to close friends & acquaintances.....But did enjoy Diwali with some friends which made it more interesting...

crackers which were bought this diwali were all which made less or no sound... still for me those fumes were unbearable... today it seems less polluted though... but me really thinks that we can do away with crackers stuff...

Very rightly said,Behind all this , there is a strong tendency of showing off too,and believe me the situation will further worsen with people becoming richer.

Nice , thoughtful post,
