 My love for MOMOS.

EVER thought of mouth watering hot steamy MOMOS' in a wintery not so cold evening with your  beloved?

the very time i stepped in delhi,i exposed myself to a bit of diet food and was introduced to a very fine oriental cuisine with almost no calories, yes, thats MOMOS.some call it dimsums.some khoteyas

but i call them momos.

my nearby market place has a small makeshift stall of these street to 5starz reicpe and every evening almost after jumping down from my car after a walk i bump into the chinky momowala(delhi ishtyle).a platter costs me a very reasonable 35-40 bucks and my dinner is fine low fat dish with soup..almost!

ab akele kaun pakayega sochke ye hi best tha ab tak.
the aroma is so filling and the godamn chutney is so hot its irresistable here to desist eating those lovely veg balls steamed to perfection.

i tried the same as dimsums in many oriental big named restaurants but the taste my local chink vendor gives with his authentic  eastern village  jarno is just too good to be found and devoured elsewhere .

but all those days i missed company to enjoy what i so effortlessly enjoyed day by day.and some thing i always called my folks to praise. ha ha..

now i m outa delhi and in my native city missing the chinky vendor's authentic oriental taste.though here in malls i do find a stall but then, naaah the taste isnt the one i look for..

a small tinee winnee peice of advice, enjoy it on cold winter eveing with hot soup with your SPOUSE.the taste doubles.i'll learn the preparation and maybe invite you too?yes?

happy eating.dont dream now..go get your platter&share it with your bleoved.

Momos are sticky and dont have any taste , the dominant taste is of the ingredient inside ( veg or non veg , wtever) i tried those Momos with some red chilly paste and i cud not go beyond 2-3 ,in oriental cuisine's i shall stick to Thai , HOT n chilly t s but v.near to my indian palate , Shibhika , Keep writing , Cheers!!!
