Its good to learn you are starting a Brewery, So far the taste is concerned, mostly people love to have less bitter in taste, as well as should have as less as possible the smell will remain.
Package be in other than conventional Glass bottle , better in Polypack, just tear and have ( preferred packing in 500 ml). Strong and mild both type ( in respect of Alcohol %) are cheered.
When I Visit Kolkata , may be within 2-3 month 's time, would like to visit you Installation.

Hai Parag realy very good, Keep it up and please think and take good steps. you can discussed some one who is expereance in beer, first you go for market impermation then only you get ,what is the requirement of peoples and what to do. And one more thing its depend on product Name and type of marketing Advartegment also, at beging you must take product awereness through any POP Material,media, ODs
