FOR THE GARNISH
2 TSP CREAM
1. COMBINE THE OIL AND THE PASTE IN A MICROWAVE-PROOF BOWL AND MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 2 MINUTES.
2. ADD THE CREAM, MILK, AND SALT, MIX WELL AND MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 1/2 MINUTE.
3. ADDTHE PANEER, MIX WELL AND MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 1 MINUTE.
