50 gm Maida
100 ml water
100 gm mix vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, corn)
1 tbsp Kissan creamy spread Cheesy Garlic (20gm)
1 teaspoon oil
Salt & pepper for taste
How to make steamed momos:
Mix the flour and salt, pepper to taste and add a little water at a time to make stiff dough. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll into very thin circles of roughly 4" diameter. Apply bit of water on the edges of the circle. Put small portions of mix vegetables and cheese garlic spread in the centre of each circle. Fold the edges over the mix and pinch and twist to seal or fold the Momos in half (into a semi-circular shape) and pinch the edges shut. Steam the Momos in idli pot & Serve piping hot.
