Happiness is the essence of life.Improvement in all the areas everyday will not only strengthen us but also add up our virtues and keep cleaning our grey areas of dust and defiled intricaies of our soul.We should first ralise truth within ourselves and improve our own faults instead of findin these in others.There is a difference betweem dogmatisim and pragmatism.If I point onne finger towards a person,I have already pointed the remaining 3 to myself.Let us know ourselves first.Jo how are you?

deep understanding of Dharma takes place slowly.If you tell me you already understand,I feel a little pessimistic.You think you understand,but you may not have understood.If you say you do not understand,I feel more optimistic.Listen with whole of your being.Allow yourself to be fully present,and the rain of Dharma will water the deepest seeds in your store consciousness.If the seed of understanding uis watered love fruits and understanding will grow.take care.Love
