About me : I'd like to see youuuu, out in the moonlight I'd like to kiss you way back in the sticks. I'd like to walk youuuuuuuuu through a field of wildflowers and I'd like to check you for ticks ! I like to make friendships. But please invite me only if you are ready to take the time to be a friend. If you are just adding friends for the sake of hits, you are wasting your time. I don't give hits. I grew up in Trivandrum and Bombay, now living in the USA. I am an avid reader and science fan. I like to study how things work. Driving is fun too; (especially with the roof down. I ride a Golden Convertible.) I also write software and do marketing. I like to make friends, though havent had much success in that endeavor. If I do make some, I don't know how to keep them... So if you write to me, please don't expect me to reply right away. Just because I don't say anything does not mean I have nothing to say, I am just not ready to say anything yet. |

Interest & Hobbies : Reading. I have read a lot of authors. Mostly fiction. I am fascinated by history. I love to trek, hike, back pack, what have you. I love to travel. I've driven all over the east coast of the US from New York to Florida. Currently reading : Alaska by James Michener. I have a Canon Powershot S3IS which is a constant companion. Please look at my pics (Isn't the slideshow feature just great ? ...) I love to get into a great debate. Holler if any of you want to match wits with me :) ... Mostly, I spend my time working with businesses setting up and implementing marketing systems. I write sales letters for direct marketing assignments too. For your edge-of-the-seat, nerve-wracking thriller, go here ... I did some minor jobs as a teacher, coz I love to speak in front of a crowd. I am most happy when I am in pursuit of a goal :), (ok I leant to say that for my interviews) I love Robert W Service's poems. See here. |

Favorite Music & Artists : Kishore, Asha, Lata, Rafi mostly. Ghazals are also in my favorites. Country music in the USA. Aamir is finally giving me hope that Indian film industry is not dead :). Just watched Taare Zamin Par ( Jan 13 2008). |

Favorite Books & Authors : Read "Gone with the Wind" when i was in school. I like among others, Dick Francis, Jeffrey Archer, Alistair McLean(read almost all his books ), PG Wodehouse Louis L'Amour (the Sackett series), Og Mandino (The best Salesman in the world. about 10 others..), Leon Uris(Trinity) Dan Brown ( all available) Ayn Rand(Atlas Shrugged) James Michener (Alaska), JT Edson (Westerns) Sidney Sheldon(though I only liked "If tomorrow comes") Mario Puzo Robert Ludlum Recently read Thrity Umrigar's Bombay Time; I thought it was well written. Many, many, more but can't remember most of them any more. |

Favorite Movies, Actors & Directors : I very rarely come across a movie I wish to see twice. At this time, I can't remember a single one which fits the bill. oh wait, Nayakan(Kamal Hasan) is one such. I admire Sabu Cyril for his direction. |
