My Plantation, and Music, and Reading, and Stargazing. and Daydreaming (still!!), and Bird-watching, and the Internet, and ...  Everything ... and ... Nothing.
Favorite Music & Artists :
Eclectic. Anything, without bias, that has rhythm, melody and harmony. I do have preferences, too long to list. Do suffer from episodic fixation on Len Cohen!
 
Favorite Books & Authors :
No favorites.  Will read anything I find interesting. And have.  Mainly into non-fiction nowadays.  Suggested reading : Pavan Varma's "The Great Indian Middle Class"., not quite the latest, but still very very relevant.  Most recently read: Bill Bryson's captivating "The Life and Times of the Thunderbolt Kid - Travels through my Childhood" and Mohsin Hamid's minimalist "The Reluctant Fundamentalist".  Presently re-reading Richard Dawkins' exhilarating "The God Delusion" and laboring thru Tariq Ali's 'The Clash of Fundamentalisms'
Favorite Movies, Actors & Directors :
No favorites, but the first movie vc I bought was "My Fair Lady" and the second "The Sound of Music".  I do love Woody Allen and Roman Polanski movies and English musicals.  And I am not star-struck; my stars are up in the sky!
