I am Raj (37 ) down to earth positive, highly self motivated entrepreneur. So do you have the same mind set? I am a hard core Never-Say-No-Guy. I own HR Executive Search Consulting Firm - Dreamjobs Consulting, Pondicherry and Associate Director in Boden Inc in Somerset. 

The profession I love doing is, 'Talking in the Stage'. It is Great Feeling to change others life. I am a talkative person. But off-the-stage I am a good listener. 

I am planing to settle in Somerset, US. You can't judge people by their liking/soft spot, but you can judge them by knowing what they did, what they are doing and what they intend to do? I mean Mission and Vision, Value of a person.

I approximately read 8 to 12 books every year which one to say. mostly on self-help books.
Favorite Movies, Actors & Directors :

My dear friend, congrats on launching an Ayn Rand group. I've joined it since I a big fan. But if u dont mind, i'd like to point out an error u made. She NEVER agreed with the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche. Only she used one of his thoughts in the intro of Fountainhead. "The nobel soul has reverence for itself." But she vehemently disagreed with the rest of his philosophy.
