About me : I am an average next door type girl Although I am living abroad & among westeners,but still I am an Indian aur mera dil hai Hindustani.I am happy and content with my life. Some people say I smille a lot and sometimes it can get me into trouble. Interest & Hobbies : VULGARITY IS NOT ALLOWED HERE IN ANY FORM. VIOLATORS WILL BE BLOCKED IMMEDIATELY. Hmmmm!!! Where do I start.. I am health nut so excercise religiously.I Love bowling ,Swimming and ofcourse Dancing. I love bharat natyam and Salsa , the spanish dance. I think music is in my blood,I like jazz,country music and oldies.Music soothes my mind.You will think I am crazy but I Have the music on when I study. I like both Urdu and English poetry. Among Urdu poets, I like Ghalib, Iqbal,Meer Taqi Meer and ofcourse Sahir Ludhyanvi.In English I like the poetry of Keath, Elizabeth Barrett Browning,Oscar Wilde,William Wordsworth and Edger Allen Poe specially his poem "RAVEN" |

Favorite Music & Artists : Famous playwright Shakespare once said,"If music be the Food of Love,play on". Music touches our souls in different ways. It gives me inspiration and serenity at the same time. It is like soothing gel for my mind. I like Jazz, soft music, country music and oldies. All artists are talented so giving preference to few does not give justice to all. But few songs such as Elvis's "You're always on my mind" and John Denvar's "Going on a jet plane,dont know when I will be back again" I grew up with Indian music. It is in my bone. Again all singers are talented and I like them all. Few songs I like to listen bar bar.Among those are "Jane woh kaise log the " Zindagi ek safar hai suhana" "Jhoote ilzam" sung by Alka Yagnik. |

Favorite Books & Authors : As I said earlier I am not a book worm.But do like to read sometimes. My favorite authors are Sydney Sheldon,Dan Brown & Bill Bryson among others. I like Angels and Demons Da vinci Code Short history of everything. |
