Being a stenographer (25 years) and freelance writer, I worked for AFCONS, a well-known construction company. Being more aspirant in my profession, I took to arbitration including cross-examination of witnesses of both Claimants and Respondents in the construction activities of civil engineering Contract.

While in Afcons, I took chances to make myself free, and I enjoyed working as a coach in Landmark Education India, for bringing out the best in one’s communication possibilities. The Self Expression and Leadership Program had influenced as many as 20,000 lives and brought the hitherto unfelt joy and contentment in the minds of the participants in just 3 months being the duration of the course.

One such example of change-over of personality is one strong and sturdy young man whom I trained in the leadership program. In those days, he conceptualized and worked out a survey in planning to have ATM in each and every suburban railway station in Mumbai (India). In fact, you know now how ATMs are all pervasive in line with his thinking concept of such small cubicles of ATMs especially near prominent railways.
