no ..not in he unruly crowd exactly avinash---the traffic was bad and these morons were roaming the streets in vehicles too. most ofthe roads were blocked and thats a very busy area.
Oh yes, something is always on. The rallys tend to hover around jantar mantar in connaught place. most of the state bhavans etc are in central delhi.
